Welcome to MilanDesk - HOMELAB

Designed and implemented the Milan Desk support ticket system to streamline support request management. This system enables users to track ticket progress with unique identifiers and maintains a complete history of all interactions. Additionally, I developed APIs for automation scripts, including SMS validation for completed tickets via Twilio API. This project serves as an exploration of OSTICKET functionalities and is intended as a help desk HOMELAB.

  • Default Usernames: level1user, level2user, level3user
  • Default Password: Password

Note: Twilio API is currently unavailable, so SMS alerts are temporarily disabled.
