I wanted real hands-on experience with a help desk system, so I built one myself using osTicket. I set up the server, secured everything, customized it, and got real-time alerts working. From server deployment to user management, I handled it all, turning 'I need experience' into 'I’ve got this!'

The backend is powered by Node.js, providing a scalable and efficient server-side framework. Niwi Pack played a crucial role in bundling and optimizing assets, ensuring fast load times and overall performance. The front end is crafted with React, offering a seamless, responsive user experience across all devices.

Meet XPLAINBOB—a quirky Twitter bot designed to demystify confusing tweets with a touch of humor. Built with JavaScript, BOB listens for mentions, fetches the original tweet, and delivers an easy-to-understand explanation. After being active for a month, BOB had to retire due to the new paid API limitations on X (formerly Twitter).

Milo AI is a cutting-edge voice assistant for Alexa, inspired by Jarvis. It’s designed to provide personalized, intelligent responses, enhancing productivity and convenience for users.The project is on hold, pending approval of the Alexa Developer Console account. Once approved, my friends and I plan to integrate the GPT API for advanced conversational capabilities, create Node.js APIs for seamless integration, and implement callbacks for real-time interactions. Development will commence immediately after the account is approved.
